Hi, I’m Grace — and I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’re here, chances are you’re either pregnant, just had a baby, or running on very little sleep trying to figure it all out.

And if that’s the case… you’re in the right place.

I’m a full-spectrum doula, which means I support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum — but more than that, I’m the person who walks in and helps everything feel a little less overwhelming.

Newborns don’t come with a manual, but they do give you clues 🤍 One of the biggest things I see in those early weeks is parents second guessing themselves. “Are they still hungry?” “Did I not feed enough?” “Why are they still crying?” The truth is hunger cues and gas cues can look almost identical in newborns. Same movements, same fussiness, totally different needs. But once you start listening for the sound of the cry, it gets so much easier to respond with confidence instead of guessing. And that matters, especially at 2am when everyone is tired and emotions are high. You’re not doing anything wrong.
